Hi! I'm a postdoctoral fellow in the Ritchie Lab at the University of Pennsylvania Department of Genetics and the Institute for Biomedical Informatics. I am interested in the intersection of genetic and environmental risk factors for aging. My research focuses on understanding the biological mechanisms underlying disparities and heterogeneity of Alzheimer's disease and dementia using computational approaches.
I received my PhD in Public Health Genetics from the University of Washington. As a result, I approach my work - from study design to interpretation/dissemination - through an interdisciplinary lens that encompasses epidemiology, statistical genetics, and bioethics.
